Our Story
We are passionate about efficiency and cost effectiveness in business computing systems. We believe that many companies restrict the productivity of their workforce and overspend on technology simply because they aren’t aware of their options. We believe the EasyOffice platform delivers the best combination of professional productivity features and value for our clients.
We have been consumed with delivering business IT infrastructure solutions for more than sixteen years. Our flagship service, The EasyOffice, represents the best way for midsized businesses to take advantage of the new models for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Cloud Computing that will dominate the IT industry within five years.
Our EasyOffice services have been provided to leading midsized clients since 2001. There are currently more than fifty clients and more than 1,200 users on the EasyOffice platform.
Who We Are
We are an experienced team of Information Technology Infrastructure Solution professionals. Our President, Philip Meese, has spent more than 15 years architecting and delivering solutions for networks, data centers, custom software, electronic messaging, server replication and hosted applications.
Our Director of Business Development, James Taylor, has been developing executive relationships and quarter-backing solutions efforts in telecom and information technology for more than 15 years. Philip and Jim lead the rest of the marketing, business development, administrative and implementation teams in designing and delivering our hosted IT Infrastructure services and providing superior customer support every day.
Our Data Center
The fifty thousand square foot EasyOffice Data Center is located in Evansville, Indiana. It is a SAS 70, Type II certified data center. This AICPA certification is reserved for facilities that observe the highest standards of safety, data security, backup and recovery, procedural controls, environmental security and redundancy.
The data center is constructed with twelve-inch thick poured concrete to withstand an F5 tornado. It sits on multiple, diverse path Fiber SONET rings for highly fault-tolerant connectivity. With diverse and redundant power sources, generation and cooling facilities on-site, we are able to guarantee 99.999% availability.
Our Network Control Center
Our Network Control Center (NOC) is at a separate location and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to the NOC is tightly controlled and monitored by a video surveillance system. The NOC has its own independent connectivity and electrical conditioning and supply systems with built-in redundancies.

Our partners and staff maintain the highest industry certifications. This insures that we are always in sync with the most advanced technologies in the marketplace today and able to provide our clients with a superior service.

Our executive offices are in the Northeastern United States. Because our services are delivered over the Internet, we provide them nationally.
